Potentiate is thrilled to announce its expansion to the US, recently acquiring a significant stake in NetReflector, a Fast 500 company based in Seattle, specialising in customer experience programs. The expansion complements Potentiate’s increasing global reach, with established offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Kuala Lumpur and Tokyo.
