MSW Launches DIY Platform Insight Rabbit

March 15 2019 In the US, consumer specialist MSW Research has launched a fully-automated DIY platform called Insight Rabbit, through which users can program surveys in minutes and get results delivered in 24 hours or less. The new platform is led by former exec RJ Scott.

Insight Rabbit’s online platform offers access to methodologies through a DIY interface (or as a DIFY – do it for you – service) to uncover brand and category insights and screen concepts; evaluate and optimize advertising; track ad performance, and measure brand equity. The solution is customizable with pre-set survey templates, and features an automated dashboard to share results.

Scott joins as a Director from full-service insights consultancy KNow Research, where he worked as a consultant, prior to which he worked for online qual firm as Senior Research Solutions Executive. Earlier, he spent five years at 20|20 Research, latterly as Senior Qualitative Consultant.
