Bringing UK and APAC experience in CX across telco, B2B, aviation, healthcare and insurance, Kantar Australia is delighted to announce the appointment of Jake Pilgrim as Head of CX.

Jake joins the Australia team from Kantar TNS in the UK where is was instrumental in building practice capabilities that support its position as a leading global CX agency.
Beginning his career as a data scientist at Deloitte Digital, he has spent several years focused on CX, working closely with market-leading technology providers to design, implement and activate CX solutions for clients.
Jake will begin his tenure from 1 April. He replaces incumbent Jon O’Loughlin who is leaving to pursue new opportunities after eight years with the business.
