1 July 2019: MRS reports that strategic brand consultancy Hall & Partners has teamed up with global analytics and insights firm Course5 Intelligence to use its artificial intelligence-based market research platform.
Course5’s tool, Optimizer Suite, uses AI technologies such as deep learning and natural language processing to automate research operations, including questionnaire design, survey programming, data processing and reporting.
Hall & Partners hopes to speed up its turnaround time for research by up to 40% and reduce operational costs by using the platform.
