DBM wins ANZ Consultancy of the Year award

MEDIA RELEASE: 17 December 2019: DBM are thrilled to announce being honoured at the Campaign Asia-Pacific awards in Singapore last week, winning the Australia/New Zealand Consultancy of the Year category with a Silver award.

This achievement was an acknowledgement of the progress made by the DBM Atlas program in 2018/19 – DBM’s now award-winning data-empowered consulting service for financial services marketers.

DBM co-founder and Managing Director Dhruba Gupta said of the award: “We’re immensely proud of our DBM Atlas team for being recognised by Campaign as the ANZ Consultancy of the Year for 2019. A whole lot of belief, expertise, effort and dedication over a very long period of time got us to this point.  Our clients are also to be commended for their faith shown in us to deliver what is now an award-winning product”.

DBM was recognised as the leading consultancy in Australia/New Zealand due to an uplift across a number of key revenue, people/culture and innovation-based indicators of success via DBM Atlas, including:

  • A 34% uplift in total billings
  • A 66% uplift in gross profit
  • A 100% retention of over 40 financial services client brands
  • 4 major new clients
  • A 24% uplift in clients likely to recommend DBM

DBM Atlas also pioneered new revenue streams including the monetisation of customer commentary via text analytics and machine learning plus digital audiences delivered via a dedicated financial services customer data ecosystem.
