42% of SMEs in Victoria anticipate declining revenue over the next 4 weeks

The Wave 14 results for the COVID-19 Weekly Business Sentiment Tracker published by ACA Research in partnership with TEG Insights has been released.  

Some of the highlights this week are:

  • 71% of SMEs now reporting a decline in revenue due to the pandemic.
  • 42% of businesses located in Victoria anticipating declining revenues over the next 4 weeks.
  • Only 34% expect revenues to return to pre-COVID levels in 2020.
  • 73% are now concerned about business survival, the highest level reported.
