SME revenues looking stronger

The Wave 16 results for the COVID-19 Weekly Business Sentiment Tracker published by ACA Research in partnership with TEG Insights has been released.  

ACA Research, Managing Director, James Organ said: “The level of optimism this week is greater than expected. SMEs are demonstrating a high level of resilience despite the ongoing challenges of the pandemic.

Some of the highlights this week are:

  • 45% reporting a significant decline in revenue, compared to 57% in mid-July.
  • 23% expecting higher revenues over the next 4 weeks.
  • 19% using JobKeeper will no longer be eligible in October.
  • 25% extremely dissatisfied with the Victorian Government.
