Understanding clients of research survey

The Research Society is working with ESOMAR and NewMR as part of a multi-partner project to find out about insights and research buyers and users. The research will look at issues such as the balance between internal research and research purchased from agencies, and the changes in the quantity of research and budgets.

There are over 20 partners signed up including trade associations such as IA, RANZ and JMRA, and companies such as Confirmit and Potentiate.

The fieldwork is staying open until the end of September and we are asking members, contacts and clients to complete the survey.

Everybody who takes part in the survey will get a copy of the final report (allowing you to benchmark yourself against the wider industry).
