Majority of Australians disagree with recent COVID protests

MEDIA RELEASE: 22 September 2020: Lewers Research has released its 13th Community Response Now report into the health, social, economic and behavioural impact of the COVID-19 pandemic.

“The situation is very different across the country, so we have attempted to draw out issues of concern by state. Here in Stage 4 lockdown (hopefully for only a little longer) we Victorians are feeling the burden of restrictions, but states with more freedom are still finding a return to life as it was pre-COVID difficult. The vaccine is a hot topic of conversation with most eagerly awaiting a release. Australians also have a lot to say about the COVID protests with 74% disagreeing with the actions. All this and more in the report.”
