We are currently looking for a Research Coordinator (0.4) to join our internal HR Standards and Learning team in a part-time capacity. Reporting to the Manager, HR Knowledge & Standards, the successful applicant will facilitate the development and distribution of research to AHRI members on topical HR issues to provide insights and points of view to both members and media on contemporary HR thinking. The HR Standards & Learning team is a think tank for research and development, CPD opportunities and maintenance of HR standards and learning of AHRI products and services.

The successful candidate will possess the following:

  • Ability to manage internal and external stakeholder relationships Demonstrated HR knowledge, ideally completed or currently studying human resources
  • Demonstrated research and analysis skills
  • Strong communication skills both verbally and written
  • Time management and organisational skills
  • Takes responsibility for own learning and continuously seeks to improve AHRI’s collective capability
  • ​Innovative, agile and always evolving​
