The Lab Insight & Strategy Group boosts senior team with 7 appointments across Melbourne, Sydney & Brisbane

The Lab Insight & Strategy Group has announced the appointment of 7 new senior consultants across the group’s 3 offices. The new hires reflect The Lab’s expansion plans following a sustained period of growth.

In Melbourne, Mark Hobart joins the team in the role of Strategy Director. Mark has over 20 years brand strategy, innovation and insight consulting experience in Australia and throughout Europe, working for a number of leading global and Australian businesses. Mark previously held Director roles at Push Collective and Kantar TNS in Melbourne and London and will boost The Lab’s Innovation offering.  Rebecca Brody joins as a Senior Strategy Consultant. Bec has over 7 years consulting experience, and brings a mix of strategy and insight experience from Media and Marketing roles, most recently at Carat. Daniel Bluzer-Fry returns to The Lab as a Senior Strategy Consultant following a stint in the US.

In Sydney, Nikki Dahlgren joins the team as a Strategy Director, heading up The Lab’s Behavioural Consulting offer. Prior to joining The Lab, Nikki worked for GfK, The Behavioural Architects and Bread and Butter. Nikki is joined by Mandy Abel in a Senior Strategy Consultant role. Mandy has over 15 years consulting experience in Australia and the UK, working for a number of leading global, regional, and Australian businesses and brands. Katie Lucas rounds out the Senior Strategy Consultant team in the Sydney office. Katie has 7 years consulting experience gained in Europe, Australia & Asia, prior to joining The Lab, Katie worked on all things brand strategy & innovation at Fiftyfive5.

In Brisbane, Simone Gair joins the team led by founder Paul Labagnara, alongside Amanda Windus and Ava Hawes. Simone joins as a Strategy Director bringing 13 years of consulting experience across global and Australian businesses and brands. Prior to joining The Lab, Simone spent more than 6 years at The Leading Edge in London growing their UK and European footprint.
