DIY survey specialist SurveyMonkey has partnered with Microsoft, to help users integrate and visualize business survey feedback and uncover insights, within the tools they are already using.
The deal means SurveyMonkey customers can use Microsoft’s business analytics service ‘Power BI’ to access Net Promoter Score data, customer satisfaction scores and employee engagement data; syncing customers’ survey data from their existing SurveyMonkey Enterprise account, directly into their Power BI account. Users can explore their data and create visuals to share with colleagues on any device. Priyanka Carr, SurveyMonkey’s SVP, Strategy, Corporate Development, and Strategic Partnerships, says combining the insights from customer and employee feedback with operational information from Power BI can help customers transform their businesses.
