Many of you may have seen reporting of a recent court case involving Dimitrios Casdas. He currently runs his own agency Catagraph.
In early March 2019 Mr Casdas was sentenced to nineteen months imprisonment to be served by way of ‘intensive correction’ in the community and 400 hours of community service for ‘dishonestly obtaining financial advantage by deception’.
Mr Casdas is no longer a member of the AMSRS.
We take this opportunity to remind members that the AMSRS has a Code of Professional Behaviour, a Professional Standards Officer and a clear and well documented complaint handling procedure.
