Differential Asia & Potentiate join forces

MEDIA RELEASE: 15 January 2020: Differential Asia, a leading provider of Research, Advisory and Data Analytics services for the automotive industry in Asia Pacific, and Potentiate, an Australian-based Human Experience (‘HX’) company, have formed a strategic alliance to expand Potentiate’s HX Connect platform and syndicated management model to South East Asia.

The partnership will focus on addressing the customer experience benchmarking needs of the automotive industry in the region, applying a model that has been successfully implemented in Australia and other mature markets for over 20 years. The partnership and the technology will provide real-time customer experience feedback across the entire customer lifecycle, allowing for a more holistic view for manufacturers to assess, analyse and action.

Gerrit Kuyntjes, Executive Director, Differential Asia says, “We are very excited with this partnership and have received strong endorsements from our clients across Asia Pacific. We intend to make rapid progress in dramatically increasing the accuracy, timeliness and cost effectiveness in the practice of customer experience management, by matching world class technology with leading industry expertise.”

Potentiate CEO Peter Harris adds, “We see a great strategic fit with Differential. They are the leading automotive industry experts in Asia. With our collective expertise in the industry, our technology, and our services, together we are well-positioned to fulfill market requirements”.

Under the alliance, Potentiate will provide its award-winning HX Platform and Differential Asia will provide front-end client management and data contextualization capabilities. The combination delivers a compelling proposition, as it enables clients to receive accurate customer insights in a timely manner, to improve operations and differentiate products and services to compete more effectively in their respective markets.
