The Evolved Group showcases AI-powered conversational engagement on the global stage

MEDIA RELEASE: 3 March 2020: The Evolved Group, a leading Australian insights consulting and research technology company, is preparing to present its ground-breaking conversational engagement technology to insights professionals across the globe at the 2019 European Society for Opinion and Market Research (ESOMAR) Conference.

The conference, hosted by ESOMAR, the global voice of the data, research and insights community, will take place 28-31 March in New Delhi, India. More than 700 research, insights and analytics professionals from 25 countries will engage in a program packed with thought-provoking, evidence-based learning sessions with a focus on AI, new technologies and innovative techniques to drive growth.

The Evolved Group was invited to speak at the conference after winning ESOMAR’s Global Award for Innovation & Technology at the 2019 Australian Market & Social Research Society (AMSRS) Conference. This award recognises Australia’s important contribution to technology and innovation in the global market research industry and is presented for the AMSRS conference presentation that most clearly highlights the development and implementation of new technology or existing technology in an innovative way.

The ESOMAR presentation will be led by The Evolved Group’s CEO and Founder Garreth Chandler. Garreth will take conference attendees through the development of our conversational engagement technology which is disrupting how organisations use surveys as the standard way to engage with employees, customers and consumers at large.

Garreth is an acknowledged thought leader in the field of market insights technology. He has led The Evolved Group to become a leader in its field, developing truly innovative and integrative technologies that provide better ways of engaging with people and in doing so, identifying valuable commercial opportunities.

Garreth says, “Traditional surveying methods are increasingly out of step with how people want to give feedback, and the tools we use to collect insights must be reimagined. Surveys can no longer be static questions. They must engage as an ongoing conversation that focuses on relevant topics and moments. To fulfil this potential, quantitative and qualitative methods must merge through conversational AI.”

The presentation will introduce EVE (The Evolved Group’s Evolved Verbatim Engine), explore its application and present evidence to show why it is the future of the insights industry. Conference attendees will leave with an understanding of the technology and how it benefits everyone – respondents, researchers and their clients.

The Evolved Group’s presentation will take place on the final afternoon of the conference on 31 March. For more information on the conference and schedule visit:
