Fiftyfive5 extends into Christchurch

MEDIA RELEASE: 17 March 2020: As Fiftyfive5 New Zealand continues to grow, so does its senior team. Fiftyfive5 are excited to announce the appointment of Niamh Buchanan, as a Senior Consultant based in Christchurch.

Niamh’s 15 years of research and CX experience has been gathered in New Zealand, Ireland and Australia across a wide range of industries and clients including retail, financial, utilities, social and government, tourism, FMCG, software and pharmaceutical. In New Zealand she ran her own consultancy and was previously Customer Insights Manager at Kathmandu and Senior Customer Insights Specialist at Meridian Energy.

“I am passionate about insights and strategy and partnering closely with clients to drive their businesses forward.  I am delighted to be joining an agency which has a proven track record of delivering insights for growth through innovative tools and approaches for commercial impact. I am particularly excited to be championing our presence here in Ōtautahi /Christchurch, South Island and indeed wider New Zealand.”

Niamh will further extend the Fiftyfive5 footprint in the South Island, as well as bringing advanced qualitative, CX and strategic capability to our New Zealand team.  Niamh will have access to our full research and strategy capabilities out of our Auckland, Sydney, Melbourne and Singapore offices.
