ORIMA launches new Disability Services Research Division

ORIMA Research have announced the launch of a new specialist Disability Services Research Division (DSR). The new capability builds on their many years of research experience in the human services sector.

The aim of the DSR is to develop a world leading disability research practice by investing in R&D, sector collaboration and specialist skill development. And to make a significant contribution to improving the wellbeing of people with disability through providing high quality information and advice to inform public policy and service delivery.

ORIMA appointed Tamara Reinisch to lead the new DSR division in January 2020. Prior to ORIMA, Tamara worked in the Markets and Providers Group at the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) for four years, and as the Chief Adviser for Strategic Development to the Victorian Disability Services Commissioner before that. She brings strong subject matter expertise of the disability services sector, including a deep understanding to the experiences of people with disability to the role.
