Daniel Alexander-Head joins Potentiate as Director of Innovation

MEDIA RELEASE: 24 November 2020: Potentiate, the global Human Experience (‘HX’) agency, has expanded its senior leadership team with the appointment of Daniel Alexander-Head as Director of Innovation.

Dan will be responsible for leading the development and marketing of Potentiate’s suite of solutions and services, ensuring they are at the forefront of the industry.

At the heart of Dan’s innovation drive will be helping our clients understand their customers as humans. Listening closely to the industry and our clients’ needs, he will develop and manage new ideas to take through to implementation. He will analyse existing practices to isolate areas ripe for improvement or enhancement, together with closely monitoring and responding to customer feedback to new ideas.

Dan’s expertise spans 20 years in the insights and technology industry including, most recently, leading product and business development, customer success, and marketing at Qualtrics and Alida (formerly Vision Critical).
